Capacity varies depending on your event setup. We can comfortably accommodate approximately:
50–60 guests seated banquet style
up to 75 guests cocktail or standing reception style

A signed rental agreement and deposit are required to secure your booking.

Popular dates, especially weekends, can book several months in advance. We recommend booking as early as possible.

Yes. A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date, with the remaining balance due before your event.

We do not currently provide catering but can recommend preferred local catering vendors.

Parking availability depends on the day and time of your event.
Please note: For weekday events between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, there is no on-site parking available. Evening and weekend events generally have greater parking availability.

Yes. Weekday bookings are available and often provide additional scheduling flexibility.

Standard cleaning following your event is included. Guests are responsible for removing personal items, gifts, decorations and any rented items brought into the venue.

Yes. We encourage prospective clients to schedule a tour to view the space, discuss layout options and determine the best package for their event. Please note, we are in the final stages of remodeling and painting the space for opening .
